How Grilling is Inhumane to Cows: Just Say No to the Grill and Save the Cow
Grilling beef gives new meaning to Mad Cow Syndrome. You would be mad too if you were tossed upon a grill and had BBQ sauce spread across your body, then left to simmer for hours on the hot coals.
With the heat of the summer comes the inevitable grilling season. Humans are quick to pluck the grill out, go shopping for some scrumptious beef in various shapes and sizes, slap the beef onto the grill, season it up nicely, let it cook a while, then invite family and friends to partake of the grilled cow. Oh the horror!
Folks, it’s time we open our eyes to what we are doing! Cows were never made to be between our buns. Cows were made to wander in the wide open fields, to frolic in the pond on a hot summer day, to moo at us as we drive by and wave. Cows were never meant to be our meal.
Mad Cow Syndrome has been in the news a lot over the years. But the truth of what Mad Cow Syndrome is has been played down and even hidden. The truth is that Mad Cow Syndrome is what happens to cows that get put onto the grill and even in ovens and in skillets across the country. Cows are getting mad at the way they are being prepared and seasoned and then eaten. It’s just not right.
Change takes not only time but also commitment and determination. This is why I ask you to stand with me and other cow lovers in the country and just say NO to cows on the grill, NO to cows on buns, NO to beef stew, NO to steak in the pan, NO to making cows angry.
Let us all become one with the cow and love our cow as we love ourselves. Cows well done and cows rare done is old news and obsolete thinking. Cows with guns is what cows will be if we don’t change our way of thinking and save the cow rather than eat the cow.
Stop moo cow abuse and let’s enjoy the happy cows that will replace the mad cows. It’s a know fact that folks in California have already stopped grilling cows because happy cows come from California. Obviously, California has stopped making cows angry by grilling and eating them, therefore making happy cows.
The grilling of innocent moo cows can be stopped. Will you become one with the cow and pledge to hang up your grill? That’s one more happy cow!
Obama Pledges Economic Relief As President
Obama is now pledging to come up with an economic relief package as president. We all know that the economy is in bad shape, if not horrible shape. Obama is saying that he wants an economic stimulus package.
With close to 250,000 people having lost their jobs in October, it’s not news that this country is certainly in need of serious help to get out of this economic recession. While gas and fuel prices have dropped (it’s about time!) over the past few weeks, food prices are still very high. Recent news that the one of the major oil companies saw a $15 billion profit last quarter is enough to angry the majority of this country when some Americans could no longer afford to drive to work due to the high gas prices.
Obama has said he wants change. He based his presidential campaign on that one word… change. Now we wait and see and hope for the best.
California Voters Pass Gay Marriage Ban
Voters in California have made it clear that they were not happy with the government telling them that it was okay for same sex couples to be married… something that obviously is not marriage in any form.
Marriage is between one man and one woman. On November 4th, voters in California have made sure that’s the way it should be and is. They showed the government that it’s the people, not the government, who have the say in what is and isn’t legal (and morally right) in California.
With the passage of the gay marriage ban in by California voters, that leaves up in the air the fate of about 18,000 “couples” who “married”, both California residents and out of staters, during the brief time that California had said that it was legal for gays to be able to marry in the state. Some are saying these people will still be legally married since it was legal during the time they went through a marriage ceremony. Others are saying that all of these marriages will be desolved since the gay marriage ruling was overturned and gay marriage is once again now banned.
Regardless of what happens to those who went through a marriage ceremony, the fact remains that voters have let their voice be heard. The greater majority still believe in the sanctity of marriage, that marriage is indeed between one woman and one man, and that anything else simply cannot be called marriage.
Of course, with this passing of the gay marriage ban, there will be those that will say people should be able to love and marriage anyone they please, providing the person is of legal age to do so. Loving someone doesn’t mean that one perverts that love into something God never intended. Loving someone so deeply and so strongly means you care for someone very much, and that’s a wonderful feeling. But it doesn’t mean you sleep with everyone you love that deeply. Learning to seperate the feelings of deep love and wanting to turn it into something it shouldn’t be is the first step to learning what real love is. And real love isn’t sleeping with the same sex or trying to take marriage and make it into something perverted.
Marriage is something that anyone of legal age can enjoy…. with a member of the opposite gender. Marriage is between one woman and one man. California voters voted to ban gay marriage. They have spoken… so be it.
